The Faculty's innovative talent cultivation approach features a dual-track model of "Management Fundamentals + Digital Skills" at the undergraduate level and a three-dimensional model of "Theoretical Instruction + Case Studies + Project Practice" at the master's level.
The undergraduate "Management Science" program aims to cultivate versatile talents proficient in modern management theories and methods with strategic thinking and practical capabilities. It develops students' abilities to independently diagnose and analyze management practices, mastering knowledge in corporate financial analysis, strategic marketing, and modern human resource management. The curriculum emphasizes practical skills in financial analysis, risk assessment, and market research. In disciplinary development, while Moscow State University's Faculty of Public Administration offers complete bachelor's-master's-doctoral programs, Beijing Institute of Technology's Management Science and Engineering discipline is a first-tier discipline with postdoctoral research stations. Leveraging both institutions' strengths, the Faculty's programs are co-designed by professors from both universities. Graduates will become talents for China's modernization drive, Belt and Road Initiative implementation, and regional socioeconomic development, with broad career prospects in further studies or professional fields including science, education, and government agencies.
The English-taught master's program "National and Corporate Human Resource Development Management" employs an innovative interdisciplinary cultivation model to develop senior management talents with innovative and critical analysis capabilities. It focuses on cultivating leadership and innovative thinking while enhancing personal soft skills, with optional Russian language courses for Chinese students. The program's interdisciplinary nature ensures graduates have extensive career opportunities in international governmental organizations, multinational corporations, and various non-profit organizations.
