Founded under the important consensus between Chinese President Xi Jinping and Russian President Vladimir Putin, Shenzhen MSU-BIT University is a Sino-foreign cooperative university jointly established by the People's Government of Shenzhen Municipality, Lomonosov Moscow State University and Beijing Institute of Technology. Leveraging the strength of the fundamental disciplines of Moscow State University and the applied engineering of Beijing Institute of Technology, Shenzhen MSU-BIT university incorporates the attainment of advanced, precise, and sophisticated skills and knowledge into the direction of her educational development. The university offers tertiary studies at the levels of bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees, as well as non-award studies. At present, the university has set up 7 undergraduate, 3 master’s, and 2 doctoral majors, involving 4 disciplines: science, engineering, economics and liberal arts. The preliminary success of these has enabled the cultivation of talents at all levels.

2.PositionandRequirements
1)RecruitingPosition:
Teaching and Research Academics, Post-Doctoral Fellows, Teaching and Research Assistants, and Administrative Officers
2) Disciplines currently recruiting:
Mathematics, Chemistry, Physics, Biology, Economics, Linguistics, Materials science, Arts, Medicine, Computer Science and Technology, Electronic Science and Technology, Control Science and Engineering, Information and Communication Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, among other related disciplines.
3)Qualifications and Section Criteria:
(1) Teaching and Research Academics
a.High-level Talents: These candidates are of distinctive academic background, with formal teaching or research experience in prestigious universities (includingLomonosov Moscow State University and Beijing Institute of Technology), research institutes or enterprises at home or abroad, and being renowned for their scholarly works and having a proven academic track record in their fields of expertise; orOutstanding Young Talents: These candidates are doctoral graduates of prestigious universities at home or abroad, with high-quality research performances manifested by their peer-reviewed scientific works, and equipping with proficiency in research and potential to succeed in their careers. (Candidates having 2 years or more overseas work experience in research are preferable);
b. Candidates should possess the ability to conduct teaching and research work in Russian and/or English.
(2)Post-Doctoral Fellows
a. Candidates should hold a doctoral degree in their related fields of researchand have graduated with the said degree no more than 3 years from its conferral date, and being aged 35 and below;
b. be the graduates of top universities or research institutes at home or abroad, in principle;
c. possess a proactive mind to innovate and a strong ability to research, which is to be undertaken independently;
d. meet the other requirements set forth by their immediate supervisors.
(3) Teaching and Research Assistants
a. Candidates should hold a master degree or above, preferably from overseas, in their related fields of practice;
b. have solid knowledge of the fundamentals of their professions, good learning and explaining abilities, and are capable of providing assistance for the completion of teaching and research related tasks;c. have proficient listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Russian and/or English;
d. have strong communication, organization and coordination skills, with good team spirit.
(4) Administrative Officers
a. Candidates should hold a master degree or above in their related fields of practice; for those with experience serving in the leadership capacity of deputy director or above in any government departments of sub-provincial city or above, this qualification requirement could be relaxed to bachelor degree from any Double-First Class universities;
b. have proficient listening, speaking, reading and writing skills in Russian and/or English, and the ability to communicate effectively using these languages;
c. be enthusiastic about administrative tasks, with a strong sense of responsibility and team spirit;
d. meet the other requirements set forth by the corresponding administrative departments.
3.Remuneration and Entitlements
The university provides competitive remuneration, ample research start-up funds, adequate workplace environment, and first-class public laboratory platform commensurate with the candidate’s qualifications and experience. For candidates meeting the requirements of talent introduction, the university will endorse their application for Shenzhen’s talent program in accordance with the benchmarks set by the local government. The financial incentives of this application include dedicated research subsidy funds and talent subsidies. The university will also provide these candidates with a range of social security programs, including applications for residency, housing, children education and spouse employment.
