深圳北理莫斯科大学是由深圳市人民政府、北京理工大学和莫斯科国立罗蒙诺索夫大学（简称“莫斯科大学”）三方合作设立的，具有独立法人资格的公办性质的中外合作大学。
Shenzhen MSU-BIT University (SMBU) is a non-profit Chinese-foreign cooperative university with an independent legal entity status, jointly founded by the Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, Lomonosov Moscow State University (MSU) and Beijing Institute of Technology (BIT) .

2.申请资格Qualification
(1)申请者必须为非中国籍高中毕业生，年龄不超过25岁，持有有效外国护照，身心健康。未满18岁的申请者需提交经海牙认证后的《未成年人监护委托书》。
Applicants must be high school graduates, non-Chinese citizens, no more than 25 years old, hold a valid foreign passport, and be in good physical and mental health. Applicants under 18 years old must submit a notarized and apostilled 'Guardianship Authorization Letter for Minors'.

The applicants must meet the requirements stipulated in Document JW [2020] No. 12 issued by the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China.
(3)申请者需遵守中国法律法规及深圳北理莫斯科大学的规章制度。
The applicants must comply with the laws and regulations of China and the regulations of SMBU.

Provide a personal CV
(2)国际经济与贸易、金融科技、汉语言、电子与计算机工程及人工智能专业的申请者，若提交IELTS>=6.5或TOEFL>=80的相关证明，可免英语科目考试，英语科目成绩按卷面满分80%计算。
English Language Requirements for SMBU Diploma Programs (Applicants for International Economics and Trade, Financial Technology, Chinese Language, Electronic Computer Engineering and Artificial Intelligence programs with an IELTS score of 6.5 or above or a TOEFL score of 80 or above may be exempt from the English proficiency examination, and their English scores will be calculated on the basis of 80% of the full marks of the paper).
(3)电子与计算机工程的申请者，中文水平需达到汉语水平考试（简称HSK）五级并提交相关证书。
Applicants for the Electrical and Computer Engineering are required to have HSK Level 5 Chinese language proficiency and submit the corresponding certificate.
除上述申请材料外，申请人须根据我校的要求，按时提交其他补充材料。
In addition to the application materials detailed above, applicants should submit other supplementary materials required by SMBU before the deadline.

7. 入学Enrollment
满足所有必要条件，包括提交必要文件和支付第一年学费后，候选人将被深圳北理莫斯科大学录取。
Candidates will be enrolled to SMBU upon fulfillment of all necessary conditions, including submitting necessary documents and paying tuition fee for the first year of studies to SMBU.

9.奖学金Scholarships
深圳北理莫斯科大学的学生可获得来自大学、市政府（大运奖学金）和省政府（广东省奖学金）的奖学金支持。2026年入学学生的奖学金具体标准将在六月份内公布。
Students of Shenzhen MSU-BIT University can receive scholarship support from the university, the municipal government (Dayun Scholarship), and the provincial government (Guangdong Provincial Scholarship). The specific scholarship criteria for students enrolling in 2026 will be announced within June.

[0] 父母一方或双方为中国公民的申请人，须持有有效的外国护照或外国国籍证明文件4年（含）以上，且最近4年内（截至入学当年4月30日）实际在国外居住不少于2年。一年内在国外居住满9个月可按1年计算，需以出入境签章为准。中国大陆、香港、澳门和台湾居民在移居后取得外国国籍，并以外国留学生身份申请攻读本科学位课程的，也须符合上述要求。
Applicants whose one or both parents are Chinese citizens must hold a valid foreign passport or proof of foreign nationality for four years or more, and have actually resided outside of China for no less than two years within the last four years (as of April 30 of the year of enrollment). Residence of nine (9) months in a single year may be counted as one full year, and must be verified by entry and exit stamps. Residents of Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan who have acquired foreign nationality after emigrating and are applying for undergraduate programs as international students must also comply with the above requirements.
